Cesar Leyva Nieto
Cesar and his wife, Brandi, are the senior leaders of Church on the Rock Harrisonville. COTRH is a church which has been pursuing a move of God since 1975. Cesar loves ministering prophetically and equipping the Body with insightful teachings.
After a life of drugs, violence, jail, and a father who was involved in pushing money, drugs, and weapons all over the world, God encountered Cesar in a supernatural manner with angels and dreams. Cesar comes from a Sephardic Jewish lineage. He gave his life to the Lord in a small house church led by a Messianic and Jewish pastor named Lacas Cedillos in the early nineties. Lacas discipled Cesar for three years, setting the foundation of a passion for the scriptures and ministry of the Holy Spirit. Learning a Hebraic mindset and how it relates to Christianity has set the stage for Cesar to become passionate about teaching the church in this hour.
His hobbies are programming and writing code for websites, reading books on his kindle, consulting churches and businesses in the areas of leadership and development, and occasionally fishing.
He loves being left handed, cream of wheat, brainstorming on a white board, visiting bookstores, going through thrift stores, memorizing random lists of things, Chinese food, brain games, and studying.
Cesar has served organizations for years as a consultant, helping businesses, churches, and hospitals in the areas of: leadership, organizational strategy, developing systems, and management training. He is currently serving as the president of the Harrisonville Ministerial Alliance, in Harrisonville, Missouri for a second term in a row. He has a passion for other leaders in the region coming together and working together to see God’s plans come to fruition. His passion is basically serving as a teacher and trainer.
Cesar and Brandi enjoy their lives in Harrisonville (south of Kansas City, Missouri), with their three children, Isaiah, Arin, and Levi.
